Lance was instrumental in the planning and marketing of the AutoPlex in Tempe, North Scottsdale Frank Lloyd Wright Dealer Group and the Chandler Santan AutoPark. He has advised and counseled many of the Arizona Auto Dealers, manufacturers, municipalities, including the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale and Surprise. Lance was hired by the City of Phoenix to develop the city’s first comprehensive analysis of Automobile Dealers within the city. His publication “Developing, Retaining and Expanding Automobile Facilities” has been used by the City of Phoenix in its interaction with the Automobile Community.
