Lance C. Ross – President

8474As President of Ross Property Advisors, Lance Ross has over 30 years of experience in the Arizona real estate market. Lance C. Ross was a Senior Director for Cushman and Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. Mr. Ross joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 after having formed and served as a Principal/Broker for Ross Brown Partners. Prior to founding Ross Brown Partners, Mr. Ross was a Senior Marketing Associate for Iliff Thorn & Company (now known as Colliers International) for ten years. Lance has consistently been a leading sales and leasing agent in his affiliations.As a Principal with Ross Brown Partners, Mr. Ross demonstrated business leadership as President of the Southwest Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Brokers, Associate member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of Lambda Alpha, a land economic real estate fraternal organization.Mr. Ross attended the United States Air Force Academy and is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S., Business 1978) and (MBA, 1979). He was an Associate Professor in the Finance Department teaching Real Estate Principles from 1983 – 1986.

Mr. Ross is an active member of the community, having served on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations and cultural institutes, including the ASU Art Museum, the Scottsdale Center of the Arts, The Center Against Sexual Abuse, Valley of the Sun Schools, Valley Leadership, and the Board of Adjustment in the City of Phoenix. Mr. Ross has been honored by community, cultural and professional institutions.

Julie A Palmer

julieJulie Palmer joined Ross Property Advisors in March of 2005. She was previously Vice President and Designated Broker for a property management company providing extraordinary full-service property management specifically for 35 to 150 unit multiple-family dwellings, single family homes, town homes, and condominiums. Julie maintained a “no-compromise” quality of hands-on service, a corporate philosophy that served both the owners and managers of the properties, as well as residents who called these properties home.Julie managed all office and off-site personnel with regard to training, education, and marketing. She maintained a senior management position in securing contracts and approving major expenditures for both the company and property portfolios. Julie handled monthly financial reports, direct owner correspondence, ensured that site standards were maintained, oversaw occupancy, traffic reports, lease renewals and rent rolls. She was instrumental in creating management standards to monitor expense control procedures, ensured policies and procedures were maintained, including fair housing, resident complaints, hiring/firing, HUD and IDA compliance.Julie recommended and coordinated capital expense projects, established and coordinated marketing and leasing plans for properties. She acted as liaison with current and prospective clients, property owners and lenders. Julie made it her chief responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer service to her owners, tenants and employees.

Julie obtained her Real Estate license in 1994 and Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998.
